The Get Rich Slowly website has an article about how you can get paid to lose weight. Sounds like a good deal to me – get healthier and get some money to help pay off your debt in the process.

It’s interesting how similar losing weight and paying off debt are. Personally, I have more trouble with the weight issue than the debt issue – how about you? Is losing weight or paying off debt harder for you?

CBS News has an article today about how to get abusive debt collectors off your back. There’s some good advice there, and it’s a good thing to remember – there are limits to what debt collectors can do to collect their debt.

Yes, you owe them the money (assuming their information is accurate). But that doesn’t give them the right to treat you unreasonably. If you’re being hassled, take note of the advice in that article.
